Snap & Stem Creative Studio – Refund Policy
At Snap & Stem Creative Studio, we respect the value of both our time and our clients’ commitments. This policy ensures fairness while protecting our studio against cancellations and lost bookings.
Retainer Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date and time:

Portrait sessions: 30% retainer.

Weddings & large events: 40–50% retainer.

Mini-sessions/promotions: 100% payment upfront, non-refundable.
This retainer guarantees your booking and covers preparation costs and potential lost business from holding your date.
Cancellation by Client

If cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session, all fees paid are forfeited.

If cancelled earlier than 48 hours, the retainer is forfeited, but any additional amount paid may be credited toward a future session at the Photographer’s discretion.
Cancellation by Photographer
In the unlikely event that Snap & Stem must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, the Client will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the retainer. The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement photographer if desired.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule once without penalty if reasonable notice is given. New dates are subject to availability.
